Shipping and delivery

We ship Jeep parts Australia-wide from Narre Warren, Victoria.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within one business day of payment being received, unless otherwise stated on the product page or agreed with you.

Some items are made to order or ordered in for you, such as moulded carpet and vinyl flooring. Where that applies, the lead time is shown on the product page and dispatch follows once the item is ready.

Carriers

We choose the carrier that best suits the size, weight and destination of your order. We use Australia Post, StarTrack, TNT, FedEx, Truckit and E-Go, booked directly or through Interparcel.

Bulky items

Large or heavy parts need a freight quote. Send us your suburb and postcode before ordering and we will price the freight for you.

Local pickup

Pickup is available from Narre Warren. Choose pickup at checkout and we will let you know when your order is ready to collect.

Delivery times

Delivery time depends on the carrier and where you are in Australia. Dispatch times are ours to control; transit times are set by the carrier and can be affected by delays outside our control.

If something arrives damaged or goes missing

Check your order when it arrives. If a part is damaged in transit, is missing or has not arrived when expected, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, and photos if there is damage, and we will follow it up with the carrier. Our refund policy explains your options for faulty or incorrect parts.
